What are the tasks of JUMV?
JUMV's essential task is a contribution to development and enhancement of science and professional
expertise in automotive engineering fields, especially aiming to influence the preserving and improving the quality
of life in respect of the development, manufacture and use of vehicles and the equipment.
JUMV organizes international and national scientific meetings of experts, consultations, symposiums,
seminars, conferences, exhibitions, professional meetings of its sections, discussions and similar in order to provide
opportunities for the direct exchange of information of interest for automotive engineering,
JUMV organizes participation of its members at FISITA Congresses, EAEC Conferences, and scientific and
professional gatherings organized by other FISITA and/or EAEC Member Societies, as well as at Motor Shows, Factories,
Scientific Institutes, and other organizations in the field of Automotive Engineering,
JUMV publishes and helps in publishing conference proceedings, engineering works and studies, books,
journals, JUMV Special publications, JUMV Information and other publications and written information on actual issues
from Automotive Technology field, thus exchanging the information with other similar associations,
JUMV works on collecting the technical information, regulations, standards and patents and take part
in the work of the bodies responsible for product standardization in Automotive Engineering field and all other fields
having direct or indirect influence on AE development,
JUMV exchanges written scientific and engineering information with other Societies, members of FISITA
and/or EAEC.
